Hotel and Restaurant Management

LCC’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program is proud with its competitive curriculum, that prepares the students to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude in working and managing all facets of Hotel, Restaurant and even other forms of hospitality and tourism management industries. Two programs in Hotel and Restaurant Management are offered, that are well thought of for equally competitive job opportunities  suited for the students.


The program is a bundle of HRM skills duly Registered in TESDA with the following skills: Housekeeping NC II, Commercial Cooking NC II, and Food and Beverage Services NC II, summing up for a total of 2-Years in duration and ladderized to a 4-Year degree program or the BS HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT.

The BSHRM program will eventually enable students to be hone for the management field of the different aspects of hotel, restaurant and resort operations. In the end, the students are expected to perform the required tasks either in rank and file, supervisory and managerial levels of operations.
