La Concepcion College Elementary and Preschool Division is the unit of LCC that provides elementary education. The immediate aim of the programs offered is to provide learning tools, skills, habits, attitudes, and values that will be needed by the students in pursuing studies in the secondary and tertiary levels, and beyond.

Fully air-conditioned room for all campuses Kaypian Campus, Francisco Homes Campus, and Muzonn Campus
Fully air-conditioned rooms Grade 1-6 for the Francisco Homes Campus and in Grade 1 to Grade 3 in Kaypian Campus and Muzon Campus.
