This is the Online Enrollment for the S.Y. 2022-2023 of La Concepcion College. To those who wish to enroll please use the links below. Your responses will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The data gathered from this form will be used for enrollment transactions only. All information gathered will be stored in compliance with the RA 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

NEW STUDENTS

New Student Portal (All Levels & Campuses) – LINK

STEPS Using the Online Portal for New Students

  1. Register using the New Student Application Portal (N-SAP), use the student’s valid email address that you would like to be associated with LCC.
  2. Check your Email Address encoded for your temporary password.
  3. Log in in the N-SAP to encode all your personal and academic information for the 4 tabs (Applicant / Guardian / Educational / Reference). Always click the SAVE APPLICATION button per page, and under the last Reference tab, click the SUBMIT APPLICATION and read instructions carefully.
  4. Pay application fee (career exam) P200, (if applicable).
  5. Wait for an email notification for the results published in your N-SAP account, once validated you can now access your LCC Student Number and the LCC-SIS (School Information System) portal.
  6. Once you have access to the LCC-SIS (Student Portal), you may now pay for your downpayment and school fees. Link for SCHOOL FEES and Link for PAYMENT.
  7. You can see your payments and subjects enrolled on your Student Portal.

CONTINUING / OLD STUDENTS

A gentle reminder to continuing or old students from the previous School Year, your response to this form will only be processed if all accountabilities are settled. 

The first step to facilitate online enrollment for continuing or old students of LCC is an accomplished or fully-paid clearance. Encoders are advised to upload a clear copy of student clearance. If you still have an outstanding balance or accountability and wishes to pay online, please see pay with LCC Dragonpay, add to the remarks that is is for OLD BALANCE FOR WHAT SEMESTER AND YEAR [LINK] 

LCC will be using a new Student Portal starting S.Y. 2022-2023, make sure that you have an existing LCC Student Number, to register for your SIS account please accomplish this form – [LINK]

STEPS Using the Online Portal for Continuing Students

  1. Upload updated clearance / COM / receipt showing that you do not have an outstanding balance from the previous years, this step need actual validation from the old system of LCC [LINK].
  2. See the breakdown of fees for the upcoming semester or school year and decide on how much will be your downpayment. [LINK]
  3. Pay your downpayment online using LCC Dragonpay [LINK]
  4. Wait for the results published in your Student Portal, once validated you can now view your payment details and subjects enrolled.
