There will be NO CLASSES AND OFFICES tomorrow, January 23, 2014 (Thursday) in the Province of Bulacan to commemorate the 115th Anniversary of the First Republic of the Philippines held in Barasoain Church, Malolos City, Bulacan.
The holiday is in accordance to the Proclamation No. 708: declaring January 23 a Speacial Non-Working Holiday in the Province of Bulacan, signed by His Excelency President Benigno S. Aquino III.
